I am a qualified, solo therapist with 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a
variety of healthcare settings, building a broad skill set and deep knowledge base.
My journey into remedial massage therapy began because of my own personal experiences with treatment for various injuries
and conditions, from sports injuries to tension headaches. The positive impact of regular massage therapy on my own well-
being inspired me to pursue this field, and I continue to benefit from it in my own life today.
I specialise in treating lower back pain, shoulder discomfort, and headaches, using a personalised approach tailored to each

Your First Appointment
When you arrive for your first session, please enter the building via the Noble Street entrance and take a seat in the waiting
area. There's no need to check in at reception; I will come to greet you at the time of your appointment. Once you’re
welcomed into the treatment space, I’ll take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We’ll then discuss
your current health and relevant medical history, and I may ask you to perform a few movements to help guide the most
effective treatment approach for you.
Your Treatment, Your Experience
This is your treatment, and it's important to me that we work together to meet your expectations. Please feel free to share any
preferences or specific goals you have for the session. At your first appointment, you'll also be asked to sign a consent form.
A Personalised Touch
I generally will play music throughout the session, if you have a preference of music you are welcome to let me know so I can facilitate this for you.

Remedy
My tension headache remedy consists of a protocol i have adopted and
tested over time. It involves an initial assessment and discussion, then various
techniques involving a combination of massage techniques to the shoulders,
neck, head and facial muscles. Stretching, trigger points and relaxation
elements are the core of this kind of therapy. This treatment can include
being seated, prone (face down) and supine (lying on your back) positions.
